If you desire me to do the installation, please call for an estimate. The amp MUST be in good working order. I do not do repairs. If you have a malfunctioning amp, have it repaired before shipping to me.

When sending your amp to have it modified,
send me the chassis only, not the whole amp. Send it in a good
quality box built to UPS standards. Please please PLEASE
wrap it in bubblepack, double box it and fill the
outer box so that there are at least 3 inches of peanuts
all around the amp.
Box sizes
For a Nashville 400 use a 10 X 10 X 20 for the inner box and a
12 X 12 X 24 for the outer box.
For a Session 500 use a 6 X 10 X 25 for the inner boxes (one for
each section) and a 18 X 18 X 30 for the outer box.
Disassembly Information
For Nashville 400 and Vegas 400 owners, to remove
the chassis remove 4 screws holding on the back protection plate
below the heat sink. Carefully wiggle and remove the white reverb
connector located at the front of the amp near the speaker. Unhook
the speaker leads. Unbolt the four screws at the top of the amp
starting with the front screws and finishing with the one nearest
the power transformer. Gently slide out the chassis and you're
done!
For Session 500 owners, as you disassemble the unit be VERY careful to mark the connectors with a number both on the connector and the place it came from. Note the pointed end of each connector and trace around it on the circuit board with a permanent marker so that you will be able to get it back EXACTLY the way it came out. There are a LOT more screws and bolts to remove. Take your time and note where they came from.
